The legal basis for the collection of data is based on the GDPR, BDSG and TTDSG. Data is collected for the respective purposes or with the consent of the user of the website. If there is no basis for an obligation to collect data for contractual or statutory reasons, data is collected and further processed on the basis of consent (Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR) or on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR).

Access data / server log files

The provider (or its web space provider) collects data about every access to the website (so-called server log files). The access data includes: Name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider. The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation of the website. However, the provider reserves the right to check the log data retrospectively if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete evidence.

Handling of personal data

Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, email address or telephone number. However, data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites have been viewed by someone also count as personal data. Personal data is only collected, used and passed on by the provider if this is permitted by law or if the user consents to the collection of data. If data is collected that is associated with a right of objection on the part of the data subject, this is granted to the user on this website (Article 21 GDPR).

Contact

When contacting the provider (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), the user's details are stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event that follow-up questions arise.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal message by email, in which case the data will be deleted if and as long as no other legal obligation to retain it has arisen. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

E-mail application

Your application data will be collected and processed by us electronically (e-mail) for the purpose of handling the application process. Applicant data will be removed from the e-mail system after receipt and processed securely. If your application is followed by the conclusion of an employment contract, we may store your transmitted data in your personnel file for the purpose of the usual organisational and administrative process in compliance with the relevant legal regulations. If your job application is rejected, the data you have submitted will be automatically deleted three months after the application process has been completed. This does not apply if longer storage is necessary due to legal requirements (e.g. the burden of proof under the General Equal Treatment Act) or if you have expressly consented to longer storage.

Registration function

We offer you the opportunity to register on our website. Registration takes place outside the website and the data is stored separately by us. For the subsequent registration process, a user name and password are required, which are entered on the website and forwarded to the separate area after successful registration. An e-mail is required for registration; other necessary data beyond the company name, e-mail address and contact person are requested separately and are not stored on this website or its database. Data is collected and stored exclusively for the use of our offer. When you register on our site, we will also store your IP address and the date and time of your registration. This serves as a safeguard on our part in the event that a third party misuses your data and registers on our site with this data without your knowledge. Your data will not be passed on to third parties. The data collected in this way is also not compared with data that may be collected by other components of our site.

Integration of third-party services and content

It may happen that third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated into this online offering.
